Idempotency

Retry any money-moving call without paying twice.

POST /v1/payouts, POST /v1/collections and POST /v1/fx/convert require an Idempotency-Key header. Use a unique value per payment, for example your own order id.

• Repeat the call with the same key and the same body and you get the original result. The partner is called once.
• Reuse a key with a different body and you get 422 idempotency_key_reused.
• If the first call is still running you get 409 request_in_progress. Wait and retry.
• Keys are scoped to your API key. Use at least 8 characters.
• Separately, an optional reference field is a unique business reference. A duplicate answers 409 duplicate_reference.
